Become an olive oil sommelier - Learn the true meaning of “extra virgin” olive oil, as well as how to describe it correctly. Learn how to combine specific olive oils with different food, enjoy a Tuscan lunch with olive oil pairing.

Truffle hunting experience - A walk through the woods of the estate with a truffle hunter and his dog. In winter and springtime you find the “bianchetto” or “marzolino” truffles. In summer you find the “scorzone” and autumn is the season of black and white truffles.

Pasta and pizza lesson with panoramic views - Attend your cooking lesson in a panoramic room, surrounded by Tuscan hills and vineyards. The chef will teach you how to prepare the recipe for focaccia, bread, fresh homemade pasta. At the end enjoy your lunch with the meals you prepared, paired by the farm wines.

The Medieval towns & cheese making experience - First admire the Medieval towers of San Gimignano, built for the richest families of the area. Then have a tour to a close cheese farm, where you will create your own piece of fresh cheese, which you will take home. Then reach Siena, the town of the Palio, admire its Cathedral and its contradas.
